A major step in reducing our emissions has been the installation of a 520kW combined heat and power (CHP) plant. This investment provides a more efficient energy source for our production facility, lowering both energy costs and carbon output.
Beyond large-scale infrastructure, we focus on everyday operational efficiency. Regular maintenance schedules, lean production practices, and a strong continuous improvement culture help ensure we minimise waste at every stage.
As a plastic blow moulding company, we take plastic reduction seriously. Our plastic usage strategy focuses on minimising virgin material input while maintaining product integrity and performance.
We manufacture a wide range of containers using post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials, helping divert waste from landfill and reducing demand for raw polymers. This supports our clients in meeting their own sustainability goals and environmental targets.
Our investment in co-extrusion (Coex) technology allows us to produce multi-layer containers with specific performance advantages. For customers concerned about migration or visual appearance, we can sandwich recycled materials between inner and outer layers of virgin polymer — reducing virgin usage to as little as 5–10%, without compromising quality.
